SkyTasks היא אפליקציה לניהול משימות, שמופעלת על ידי SkyWatch (מפתח עצמאי, ישראל). השימוש באפליקציה, באתר ובשירותים שלהם כפוף לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. פתיחת חשבון או שימוש באפליקציה הם הסכמה לתנאים.
חשבון נפתח מגיל 13. אתה אחראי לשמור על הסיסמה ועל הגישה למייל שלך. אם מישהו אחר משתמש בחשבון שלך, הפעולות שלו הן באחריותך. אפשר לסגור את החשבון בכל רגע מההגדרות; כך מוחקים.
כשאתה מזמין מישהו לבית משותף, אתה מאשר שהוא יראה את המשימות שבשכונת "הבית שלנו" ואת השם שבחרת לעצמך, כמפורט במדיניות הפרטיות. אל תזמין מי שלא הסכים לזה. כל דייר יכול לעזוב בכל רגע.
אסור להשתמש באפליקציה כדי לפגוע באחרים, להטריד, לפרוץ, להעמיס על השרתים או לעקוף את מגבלות השימוש. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שעושה את זה, ולמחוק תוכן שמפר חוק.
המשימות, השמות וההערות שאתה מכניס הם שלך. אתה נותן לנו רשות לשמור אותם, להציג אותם לך ולדיירי הבית המשותף שלך, ולסנכרן אותם עם השירותים שחיברת (יומן גוגל), רק כדי להפעיל את האפליקציה.
SkyTasks נמצאת בשלב בדיקה והתפתחות. היא ניתנת "כמות שהיא", בלי התחייבות שתהיה זמינה תמיד, בלי טעויות או מתאימה לצורך מסוים. תזכורות והתראות תלויות במכשיר, ברשת ובשירותים של גוגל ואפל, ולכן אל תסתמך עליהן לבדן בעניינים קריטיים (תרופות, טיסות, מועדים משפטיים). כדאי לשמור עותק של מידע חשוב.
במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או אובדן נתונים שנגרם מהשימוש באפליקציה או מחוסר היכולת להשתמש בה. אם תחול עלינו אחריות, היא מוגבלת לסכום ששילמת לנו בשנים־עשר החודשים האחרונים, ואם לא שילמת, ל־100 ש"ח.
אנחנו עשויים לשנות את האפליקציה ואת התנאים. שינוי מהותי יוצג באפליקציה או באתר לפני שייכנס לתוקף. המשך השימוש אחרי השינוי הוא הסכמה לו. התאריך למעלה מציין את הגרסה הנוכחית.
על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. זכויות שמגיעות לך לפי חוקי הגנת הצרכן במקום מגוריך נשארות בתוקף.

SkyTasks is a task manager run by SkyWatch (an independent developer, Israel). Using the app, the website and their services is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy. Creating an account or using the app means you agree.
Accounts are for ages 13 and up. You are responsible for your password and for access to your email. Anything done through your account is your responsibility. You can close it at any time from settings; here is how.
When you invite someone to a shared home, you accept that they will see the tasks in the "Our home" neighbourhood and the name you chose, as the privacy policy describes. Do not invite anyone who has not agreed to this. Any member can leave at any time.
Do not use the app to harm or harass others, to break in, to overload our servers or to work around its limits. We may suspend or close an account that does, and remove content that breaks the law.
The tasks, names and notes you enter are yours. You allow us to store them, show them to you and to the members of your shared home, and sync them with the services you connected (Google Calendar), only to run the app.
SkyTasks is in testing and under development. It is provided "as is", with no promise that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Reminders and notifications depend on your device, your network and Google's and Apple's services, so do not rely on them alone for critical matters (medication, flights, legal deadlines). Keep a copy of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or loss of data from using, or being unable to use, the app. Where we are liable, it is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months, or 100 ILS if you paid nothing.
We may change the app and these terms. A material change is shown in the app or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept it. The date above marks the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. Rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live remain in force.
